Real good stay, well-maintained rooms!

Altogether an excellent choice in an excellent setting. Efficient and helpful staff.

The people working there are really helpful and attentive, have a big heart. It has kitchenette to prepare your own food.

Excellent place for one night close enough to cafeterias with beautiful views of the Pollenca Bay, the Pine Walk, nicest part of Puerto de Pollensa and restuarants. Quiet setting to the main promenade.

The location is magnificent close to the nearby restaurants or cafeterias with beautiful views of the Pollenca Bay, the pine walk and restaurants on the front and a quiet area, and the rooms are big size. It's an excellent apartment adjacent to nice places.

I recently had a fabulous, relaxing holiday in a lovely, clean, modern apartment. the location was perfect, in a quiet area just off the pine walk and near the less busy part of the beach. the apartment itself was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized balcony overlooking the pool. It was a great base to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the nearby main beach restaurants.

The slight inconvenience of checking in and collecting the keys from another hotel, which took some time and caused a bit of frustration after a long day of hiking.

although the area is uncomfortable, it's close to pinewalk, the pine walk and the beach and hill. and the beach is within 10 minutes walk. there's views of the bay.

The apartments at Hoposa Pollensamar were exactly what my group needed for our stay. They were lovely, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The flexibility in terms of the length of our stay was a great convenience. Additionally, the facilities were excellent, and having a supermarket nearby with a great selection of wine was a bonus.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the reception being at a different hotel and the limited number of keys, the overall experience at Hoposa Pollensamar was positive. The apartments met our needs perfectly and provided a great base for our group.

The staff where very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay good. The apartments where clean but basic. The location was reasonably good and close to the beach. The facilities where adequate but not outstanding.

The whole building is very dated and is in desperate need of an upgrade. Every door rattled, every window was ill fitting despite the best efforts of what was a very good group of staff. The sliding patio windows in our apartment could have easily been opened from the outside as the locking mechanism was completely broken. The pool was very small and the area around it even smaller. However, the biggest complaint must be reserved for the beds - they where appalling. Cheap, nasty constructions that creaked beyond belief every time you made the slightest movement so much so that it kept me awake the whole night until I asked to change room. The mattress was as hard as could be. Apart from that, the apartments were fine if a little overpriced for what they were.

It was a fantastic and excellent apartment for one night not far from Pine Walk and beach and Pollensa. All in all everything was immaculate, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge. Very efficient staff, I thoroughly enjoyed them all.

Very pleased with the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. The facilities were good, and the rooms were well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and seafront. Being able to use the 25m pool at a nearby villa was a real bonus. Will definitely consider coming back in the future!

The check-in process could have been smoother if the hotel policies were communicated more clearly. The fire alarm going off twice during our stay was a bit of a shock and inconvenience.
